A Pasadena woman is making her stage debut opposite her son in a holiday comedy, 'A Very Holly Moosemas,' which is onstage Dec. 2-18 at Pasadena Little Theatre. 'In the first scene, he has to catch himself when he calls my character's name because he wants to say, ‘Mom,'' said Debbie Owen of Pasadena, who portrays Frances, a retired nun. 'We're having fun,' she said, adding that it's still too early to tell whether acting will become a hobby. 'Ask me again the third week of December.' Frances lives across the street from a house in Marietta, Ga.
